I have 3 Channa Bankanensis and 4 Bowfins which are all in the 4-5" range, which is more than double the size of when I bought them all,and they all eat together and live somewhat peacefully. If I put anything else in the tank with them, they'll kill it for sure.Considering the adult size difference of the two,I'm sure this won't last for too long, especially seeing as how the Bowfins growth rate is about 5 times faster than this particular Channa species, but in the meantime, these guys are cool with eachother!
