Anyways, I purchased a co2 tank and regulator from another mfk'er and received a box of junk. I was too heated to say anything nice in the video so I decided not to say anything at all..... [YT]http://youtu.be/ZsKQg-kATXc[/YT] anyhow, the first 4 second was what I was supposed to received, the last of the video was what I received. Now I would never stoop that low to try and cheat anyone for a measly "x" amount of cash, or for a product that I can buy with 1 to 2 days of work, but I felt insulted when this individual insulted my kindly hood. I was actually trying to hear him out, maybe he did send it and a worker stole it? maybe because the box was pack in an unsafe way and it was confiscated ? etc... man, I was actually hoping I didnt have to contact a third party....Im a nice guy, I would of settle for 1/2 of my refund because hey, if someone did steal it, the seller and I both lose out.....but...after all the texting...I guess sometime its just better to have contacted a third party rather than point fingers....lesson learned

damn man, no good. Whether it be $5 or $1k, it's the principle of the matter. So the seller is trying to poke around it? ask for the shipping receipt or look at the label for the weight of the package and see if it matches. I'd hang the guy out to dry.

There is no excuse for that. I've always give the seller time to rectify the situation but if not I just have to contact the third party. I've never had to contact the third party but that looks very suspicious. Like Jacunaba says check the shipping receipt for the weight difference. The seller should be more than willing to help if he isn't at fault. Keep the video for evidence. Good luck on this matter!
That's bs man. I'd demand the shipping receipt to show the weight. If you have a tracking number maybe the shipping service may have the info. Go 3rd party as well. Plus call the person out.

The weight should be printed right on the shipping label, there would be an obvious difference between some empty boxes and a CO2 canister. I wouldn't name names quite yet, but if this isn't solved in another day or two then call the person out so no one else gets screwed over as well.
