ok, im in the process of building a sump/refugium right now and my tank should be here in an hour, so i wanted to be better safe than sorry before its up and running. my parameters were good on my 240 but im upgrading to about 375 so i wasn't sure if i needed more media

If you're just transferring the same fish over, then the established media will be fine. If adding a lot more fish at once, keep an eye on your ammonia levels. If they begin to rise, you could be underfiltered (unlikely though if you have a sump)

i had one fish, and hes going back in, i don't plan on adding any more fish for at least a month, hope im ok
