We need to see a straight down shot from the plastron side with the tail straight out to make a positive determination of sex. The male's cloaca is located outside the margin of the carapace. The female's is located inside the margin of the carapace.

Please note that FRTs are not sexually mature until roughly age 5. If a 3 y.o FRTs determination of sex seems iffy, such determination may need to wait a bit longer.

looks more like a boy to me but it could go either way. I would hold off and wait another year to see what happens.
