But, let's say I live in florida. Can't I just say that I live in a state where it's legal?

:confused::confused:

Okay, I live in California. But can't I just put in my profile that I live in a state where, say, rays are legal? How will they know?

if they suspect anything they can find out.... trace your ip addy.... and you would be surprised at the dumb $hit i catch people doing.... it dont take much to put 2&2 together...

the basic general rule is if your not supposed to have it.. you keep it for your eyes only;)

if only damb*** pll woun't realise there tropical fish they wouln't be illage

Fish shipments frequently get opened for inspection as well, especially in states with many illegal species.... I suspect this is how many people are caught.

Check the buy/sell section and you'll find an article about a guy caught selling fish to illegal states. Hefty fine, 3 years probabtion, banned from commercial dealings in fish, etc. Smart companies won't sell to illegal states. It's not worth the risk.

awww they're illegal in florida..... i thot just california, this sux

its lik 12 states where they are illegal so ur not alone
