bubbles in that location are usually formed when the tank was initially sealed, and are of no concern because the seal at the edges is solid and the bubbles are there forever.
the seal you took a pic of looks pretty even and good.
I would not be worried unless the bubble move/change when you press on the glass.
if they do - trouble
if not- they were there from the beginning and you have no cause for concern. most tanks have the odd air bubble in between the glass panels if you look close.
I have a hard time thinking i would have missed them, it may be the stand it is quite the POS....... I hope not. ill take some more pics and see what you guys think i took those pics with a cell phone my Gf has a camera i didnt know where it was
