I did not judge you at all, I asked two simple questions to better understand you and what you were looking for, reading it back it does sound a bit snarly but was not intended to, you on the other hand did judge me and say I do not belong here, so who is judging who?
The reason I asked the questions was to better understand what you were looking for and what your plans were, there are many forms of aggression and not all of them involve things getting ripped up.
As far as jumping the gun on you not upgrading, yes I did but the whole post was about a "Brand New 55" that has an Oscar and you said nothing about upgrading, sorry my bad.
You can do what you want but the kind of fish you want even at a small size are not good tank mates for an Oscar, they will be too small and get eaten before they can grow or be too big and you will stand a good chance of losing your O as compared to the kind of fish your looking for an Oscar is no match.
Any way good luck with what ever you decide to do, since you believe I'm judgmental and don't belong here I'll try to avoid your posts as to not interfere with advice that might help.
