Hi,

Finally i've been able to get my hands on a pair of auranti's. I've had sucha good week with getting fish I really want first the dat now the auranti's WOOT. Anyways here they are. Both about 4 inches and were eating after about 2 minutes after being in the tank.

I loved my one but have a look at this its important good find would love another one paid quite a bit of money to get my one at about 3” and as jelly said they grow quick my one love earth worms when he was 3”.whe he was Murdered by the :swear: electric catfish he was 14” he was only in the tank while i moved the fish room round :cry:

thanks people. I'm soooo happy i finally got my hands on a pair. I'm pretty sure they're both males.

I read on snakeheads.org that they'll only grow to 19cm. However stotty you said yours was 14". I take it snakeheads.org is wrong?

I paid 15quid for both of them. Which is rougly about $30USD. I think thats a pretty good buy.

You're lucky, I really want one, I've been trying to get one. I might be able to get a cobra snakehead this week.
 
Joe, yup in HK. I saw them for the first time today. They were about 15 to 20 in the tank. I left for a 2 and a half hours to go run some errands came back and there wre only 6 left.

Stotty, I traded my red for a stewartii.
