About the torn fin...I think i might be the rot fin disease.
Is the fin broke it-self? Or been beaten by other fishes?

most likely was beaten by other fish cuz I had a small poly in with it for couple weeks. just moved it out today.

that doesnt look like damage from other fish... it looks like fin rot, probably due to poor water quality. Aro's are very delicate at this age, need pristine water, and should not be with any other fish.
