Oh I lost my fast metabolism yrs ago. I'm now 35 yrs old hehe. But I workout hard at the gym (5 days a week) so I'm always burning calories. I've been stuck at 155 lbs for the past 6 months but I was only 140 lbs last April...

Ya thx. In 2009-2010 I was 168lbs chubby until I worked at the airport (always lifting heavy) and lost all the weight down to 140...So I know how it is to try and lose weight. Now I'm a good 155lbs lean. I have a pic of me before and after if u want to see it but I'm sure no one wants to see a half naked guy lol...

Lee what do you put in your oatmeal and coffee for flavor.
 
cinnamon for the oatmeal /w/s.f. sweetener....coffee= s.f. creamer (usually french vanilla)and sweetener...:popcorn: ..... how was IHOP?
 
Oh I really showed off....Big Steak Omelette with pancakes and a tall glass of milk to wash it all down.
