Breakfast??

It was unfortunately its back to the weekday routine of proteen shake, then coffee and granola bar, then yogurt, string cheese and granola bar for my 3 breakfasts.

sounds like you do hi- protein snacks a lot.... I do that , keeps the blood sugar steady and the whieght down
 
a.j. waffles ... eggs ... coffee
 
Made whole wheat muffins again, some with fresh strawberries and some with blueberries.
 
OATMEAL.. english muffin....coffee:popcorn:

White castle breakfast sliders and hashbrowns.
