oatmeal ,GENERALLY gets cinnamon .and sweet n low( generic equal to) ,sometimes non dairy creamer and sweetener, coffee these days is getting sugar free chocolate creamer and sweetener...

Yeterday.....waffles eggs...bacon(turkey)......today.....oatmeal... toast w/s.f. jelly....coffee
