Sardines with toast and left over eggs from French toast leftover batter.

Knifegill, noticing a ton of protein. Are you a weight/power lifter?.............or just a mutant? lol
 
None of the above, really. Just a typical h. sapiens with the resources to optimize my food intake. After learning here that animals do best on wild foods, I decided almost four years ago to feed my human what wild humans ate, as closely as my budget and resources approximate. 50 pounds of body fat = gone. Energy = through the roof. All my lab numbers = spectacular now, unlike before.
 
Breakfast today, 6 cheesy eggs and a pile of sheep brain, 2 cups raw milk, pot of coffee, roasted nettle. Oh, and a cup of bone broth with salt, pepper, turmeric, and ginger.

good morning MFK.....eggs.. hash browns..tur bacon...white toast...and I HAVE REACHED my diet (of 8 yrs) goal weight (180)and stayed for 3 months...pretty good for a guy who started out at 265 in 2005

Im back into trying to get back into shape also. Im at 250 now, my goal is also around 180 :/

thanks.. it really was a LIFESTYLE change... had to stop eating ding-dongs and start eating salads(and a lot of other changes , including reg. exercise), now I wouldn't go back to crap food even if I was paid to eat crappy:popcorn: good luck on your journey , it really will be fun (if you stick with a healthy plan)

I realize it's a whole lifestyle change, that's hard. For me ,that also means getting my gf on board, that's harder. She's all talk. I like pushing hard to see results. Then using that for motivation, shes about not over doing it (roll my eyes)
