Breakfast??

can't continue like this. i could eat a whole lot better

I got to the point where I consciously said I don't care. I swear not a week later, I could feel myself going to crap, and noticing bad changes, so I pulled back from 2 pastramis a week.
 
low fat diets kinda help . but it's the kind of fat that matters in a good diet , get rid of red meat (once or twice a week is ok), eat animal fat only once a day , and eat stuff like oatmeal (without sugar) and anything that's a green vegy...fruit instead of carbs... it works ..a typical "diet " day for me ...breakfast oatmeal with lo-cal sweetener &banana....lunch basicly anything under 600 calories & not red meat...... dinner, lo - sugar cereal and toast with sugar free jelly... or a salad & fish ..and a snack in the afternoon thrown in ..yogurt.. or maybe 200 calories with of peanut butter on saltines(5-6)

I realize it's a whole lifestyle change, that's hard. For me ,that also means getting my gf on board, that's harder. She's all talk. I like pushing hard to see results. Then using that for motivation, shes about not over doing it (roll my eyes)

unfortunately "not overdoing it" , for most people ends up being not doing nearly enough
 
lol, yea, and if we do happen to over do it, shes ready for a "reward" :/

ya . that's not gonna work... if ya do go hard , it's gotta be like go hard a week , then a day off.....thinking about it...if you can get in the habit of walking a couple of miles every day(I do 1 1/2 -3, 5 days a week ) it really helps , and most anybody can do it , I do it in the AZ heat

Yesterday was goat stew with potatoes and carrots.

Pound of bacon and 8 eggs.
