I brought a water sample into the LFS to get tested, and all of the parameters were low. So I knew it wasnt the beneficial bacteria in my case

Low or zero? BIG difference!

Low ammonia is potentially lethal. Either low ammonia or low nitrites would suggest a problem with your bacteria. Zero ammonia and zero nitrites would suggest no problems with your bacteria.

everything is good now guys thanks for all your help i needed more oxygen so i added another power head ,man sometimes if its not one thing its two but all is well now thanks again.
