Ok to add to this. if not anoles, then can some one suggest a easy to breed, semi aboreal, smallish lizard?

I breed green anoles Anolis caroliniensis :) You can find a good care sheet on the lizard part of anapsid.org

Anoles are very easy. 75-80 will do set up a little tropical aqaurium with some house plants, Pothos, bromeliad, things like this mist the plants to give them water. Keep them well fed and they will usually do it all on their own. Fun little lizards. GL

so they will breed in mid 70 range?
How hard do u think it would be to get a breeding population in... say a 10' by 13' by 4' that will be heavily planted and 6500k lighting?

In such an enslosure, what would be the easyist way to feed them?

Mealworms are a inapropriate food for smaller species of anoles. Small crickets and roaches are the staples.
