There is a shop in Seattle WA that has successfully bred silvers in an aquarium numerous times.

I, in fact, did hear this, but I heard it from the man that bred them.
 
I don't have his phone number, nor any contact info for him. I know several of our members have been to his shop, and live much closer. Hopefully one of them will pipe up with some contact info.
