Breeding Black Ghost Knife Fish

sorry guys the grey goo is all you get with the dark stripe
wiggle expelled the eggs (like grey goo) from under her chin
they stuck to the rock bottom and weren't picked up by the filter
the dark horizontal stripe in the front of the pic is the best view there was

I have added two small Black Ghost Knife fish so we are now in waiting mode. Wiggles has not eaten them for breakfast so that is a positive.
...time will tell... I will certainly let everyone know if I am successful.
 
ive heard that you can sex them by how far apart on their head (how far centralized in the face) their eyes are. Also that the males flash red when spawning. Theres a post on the black ghost knife website about this that is just a compilation of data. Its like blackghostknife.org or bgk.org or something
