Yeah, I agree. Just letting him know that sometimes there are those that need the extra kick in the butt to get them going, and that there are ways to do it.

also food is thought to play a good part of breeding any kind of plec (think i missed this out). im not sure if there is a plec that is 100% vegetarian and the ones that are said to be definately need bogwood to eat. a bristlenose in particular should get meaty foods, as the protein is thought to be essential. a well fed pleco is a happy pleco.
A well fed pleco is one to go to bed... if you know what I mean. I would agree meaty food. Food is essential for any fish to breed, or live.
