Na,you can do cons,just stay on top of WC's.The only time this small tank thing is of issue is when the fish is longer than the width of the tank.Cons don't get 12" so go ahead.

Yikes.....these are definatley the fish for you.WC is a water change(double yikes) and the females have a tell-tale orange patch on their bellies.Even the mouth-breathers at your LFS could tell you the sex differences.See the search bar at the top of the page??Type in convicts and read away................
Okay, thanks. I guess I'll go buy a pair of convicts as soon as I can. And what do the babies eat, baby brine shrimp?
I also need to check at my lfstores if they have brine shrimp eggs, and I need to find out how to hatch them. That way I could go breed bettas, too. I love breeding fish
