What would be the easiest thing to keep & breed that I could feed to my bullfrog? What can be bred easiest??

i agree, roaches!

Can bullfrogs be trained to eat non living things? Like silversides, or pieces of shrimp, squid, etc?

I doubt it because they're feeding response is based on movement. But maybe with some training you could get them to eat something off tweezers if you wiggled it.

dont they eat mice?

Yes they will eat off tongs. Even a wild-caught frog will do this, in fact we used to goof around when fishing, dangling a lure in front of bullfrogs, and most would strike at them. I've even heard of CB frogs that were pellet trained but that seems a little unlikely and I haven't seen it personally so standard "grain of salt" applies.

I'm not sure a mouse diet would be particularly healthy for a bullfrog, especially a captive one...lots of fat and not a ton of excercise for the bull. Agreed roaches, I've heard of people raising locusts which would work but not sure how hard they are to raise. Nightcrawlers would be good too, there must be somebody around here with a worm farm.

Mine will eat noodles. lol I give it a steady supply of crawfish, anoles, crickets, and moths.. But alot of the time noodles..

I just wondered if there is something I can put into a plastic box and BOOM lots of feeders.. Roaches are a no no unless I could do them outside somewhere far from the house. I don't mind taking care and cleaning out the box, feeding, water, etc. etc. Just what would be a big snack that matures quickly and multiplies prolifically?
