Yeah should be fine just make sure they are rated together higher than 210g. I feed mine crushed New Life Spectrum cichlid formula. Its cheaper and find gives them more color just crush it with pestle and mortar until its nice and fine or until it fits in their mouth. Frozen brineshrimp. Zucchini tied to the bottom its good to have veggies in their diet when young. Raw market shrimp i like to crush that too to help the fry pick off pieces. Practically it for food. When fry or juvenile i feed twice a day but very small amount. When adults or 6inches plus I feed them every other day.
