I was just wondering if I could breed guppies in a 26gallon tank and if so what ratio of males to females would i need and would i be able to grow the fry out in a 15gallon tank

that's plenty of room. put twice as many females [at least, if not 3:1], so the males don't stress them out too much. they'll breed in almost any sized tank lol.

breeding as feeders?

1 male to 3-4 females.

yeah thats plenty big enough. i use to breed guppys as feeders for my oscars and tiger shovel nose cat in a 10 gal well planted tank with lots of floating plants. i would go 4-5 females to 1 male and i never ran out those guys breed like rabbits.

Plenty of room. Just don't forget hiding spots for the youngun from Mom and Pops ;)

idk my dad started a guppy tank a cpl years ago and he got five males and ten females. after a month they octaplied that tank. just buy the breeding grass.

How experienced are you? I would say don't quit your day job to do it, but have fun with it!
