i have a spare 55 gal 39x16x20 what do you think i should breed i really wanted to breed red headed earth eaters is this tank big enough for them or is it to small

Nothing really ever turns a true profit man

I use to breed reptiles. Between feeding, operating costs, time, you break even if that.

Do it because its cool. I would love to breed something just to say i did.

well i have loads of time my dad buys the food so its the money the fish sell for that i keep and it doesnt cost me anything my dad will buy the fish the food and decor needed i already have heater filter and lights

I would just go to your LFS and find out which fish are popular/expensive. That way you will be able to get rid of the babies (since they're popular) and you will make a bit of money (since they're expensive).

There are many small Africans (mbunas, some of the smaller cyprochromis, julidochromis, shellies) that will breed well in a 55. As already mentioned, bristlenose plecos, jewels. You could also do some of the dwarf SA cichlids (apistogrammas), gudgeons (peacock or goo-obo), kribensis.
