*******s... if you people treated me like that i would find u and stuff a JD up ur ass... either way i would say dont try and bread them... i have 75 offspring from a pair of jacks that i cant get rid of for the life of me

Yeah jacks are very common. Why not try breeding some of the rarer vieja cichlids.Such as Vieja Zonataum

how many flippin threads are you gunna make on JDs? if you want a pair GET A 75! i use to think 55 were big enough for a pair but after seeing my lps jd pair and the male is about a foot with the female being 10 inches i would NOT recomand them in a 55 NOTHING less then 4 feet by 18 wide

If he's never bred anything before jd's would be a place to start. Just make sure you have tanks to raise the fry and some sort of food for them if you don't plan on letting the parents raise them. Also just because you have a male/female doesn't mean they'll breed. You just have to let nature take its course.
