Breeding L200s?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
well, from what i know mate, breeding wise, a few people have done it, the same way as you can get any of this sp. family to breed, but no one has managed to either hatch or keep alive the fry. id imagine another inch/half an inch, and theyll def. be sexually mature (although they may be now at 4.5"). anyhow, you gotta think how to keep your fry alive if you manage it, as this looks like its the problem

Yeah, I'm going to cross that bridge once I get there. It is going to be a while before they are sexually mature.

we'll see, the 5 of them are all together, I'm going to be getting some tubes pretty soon, as well as some other caves. If the max size is only 3" for sexually mature, then I have 5 already set to go!

The original two I haven't checked yet, but the three new ones are 1:2 M:F. The male is the biggest at over 5"

Here are two of the new ones, the beat up female, and the big male. Also is my priorly owned light one, which from a what I can see so far looks to be female.

The other female is under my large log, and the other old green phantom is MIA, hiding somewhere new in the tank. I'll be getting a pic of the new female tomorrow hopefully.

Going after a few more this weekend in Olympia. Hopefully I'll find some nice ones out there.
