L Louie Feeder Fish MFK Member Sep 29, 2007 3,701 3 0 South Florida Jan 9, 2009 #12 Dont they need it super warm to breed? I have never kept one but do see them breed in summer in shallow waters so warm that if you go knee deep its fairly hot. Imagined in a tank they needed it as hot?
