just meant that they will breed in any condition they're really easy to breed. but like johnclark96 said a 20H in the long run probably is too small. if they are young parents i think it's enough room but be ready with a divider.

It means they like the baby Makin lol. They are like rabbits, once they get going it's impossible to stop them. You can breed them in a 20 L if water parameters are kept to par. However it's not ideal. Be ready for bucket loads of fry because these guys seem like once the first batch is growing good and eating well they start working on the second batch and so on...you won't know what to do with all the fry unless you use em as feeders.
