I'm not familiar with HITH in this species - but isn't it assumed that if the water is kept clean, they wouldn't be prone to it anyway ?

Only one batch were ever imported in the past, and they all had HITH and were kept in one tank together. Since then there were non imported. The ones I have are eating smelt and even pellets., and no signs of HITH. And yes, the ones that Michael have do not seem to have HITH. Maybe its soft water they need or lower Ph?

I know temensis are very prone to getting HITH,
