If you show a picture of the parents and they are good quality, probably $5. If you raise them up to 3 - 4 inches the price can be $50 or higher if they fade to a good red and have good pearls. The highest quality Super Red Texas can cost anywhere from $100 - $500. The downside is most males are infertile so the process of making good ones is complicated. I looked at doing it myself but I dont have enough tanks or money to raise all the Texas cichlids, Blood parrots, Red texas, the fry and other stuff.
If you want to do an easy hybrid, Flowerhorns are easy to breed and males are generally fertile. I would do one thats not common in the USA.

Idk much about flower horn but I know if they're well bred and a good size you can get $30+ per fish

SRTs are nice also. The main problem w/ those is finding a fertile male. Lots of people just use a green texas from Thailand. It takes a while to get the really nice red ones.

Moba fronts.....easy to breed and go for good money.

Will be better than breeding ca/sa. Don't get me wrong, I would rather have new worlds, but these are where $ is in cichlids other than flower horns and any idiot could breed them.

im still doing the manaconda project but i have some time till they are at least 4 inches to breed, so whille i wait for them to grow ima breed some other fish , red texas and flowerhorns are nice but to much work for me since i am doing a manaconda hybrid project, but so far ,also im breeding a fish that mfk wants becaus ei sen how the guy selling festae in riverside made so much bussiness off mfk so what would you guys rather have, also please give me suggestions to other fish

yup just about but im in hayward , yeah i guess festae is always in demand so i will do a pair of those but what other fish should i do a pair of since festae are part of my manaconda project, but for sure im breeding festae i dont even know why i put that on the list lol cuz i was already gunna do it but what other fish should i breed
