breeding prey

I am going to start breeding cons for my bluegill sunday, hopefully it works out. I lost 4 fish earlier in the year, and I blame lfs feeder goldfish, never again. I'm missing the thrill of the hunt, and getting a free tank from my girlfriends mom so its worth a try.

I breed platies and guppies. As for worms, I do the same and go outside every time it rains and start gathering them.

i have a worm farm so i get worms whenever i like, 3 spot gouramis love them, so do cichlids.


Does anyone know if silver dollars eat worms?

Even though I do not breed half of these, It would depend on the type of feeder fish :

Baby cons- H*** NO ( they are way too cute)
Feeder guppies-YES
Feeder Goldies-NO
Feeder Minnows-YES
Feeder Ghost Shrimp-YES
Feeder Mollies-YES
