i read that online some time back but i have no idea if its true. it would be highly unlikely though. even if it were, i doubt it would be possible, arent they made in labs?

Post a pic of a "regular parrot'' i have 4 "blood parrots" and about a year or so ago i bought a black and greenish parrot at petsmart and now it looks exactly like my bloods

Severum x Red Devil does not make blood parrot. Blood parrots are a hybrid of Midas x Synspilum.
