has anyone done this in a tank or indoor pond?
How big would it have to be
I google it and most sites said impossible. Is that true or not?

Good question, most people tell me its close to impossible as it gets. I would love to find out and try my hand at it, Black aros are my favs aside from the asians.

I would say near impossible in the home aqauria. I don't think there are even many doing it commercially. Still seems there is a season for buying baby black aros(springtime) which would lead me to believe they a collected in the wild. You do occasionally see a few baby blacks throughout the rest of the year so likely someone is breeding them.

Nothing is impossible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF you do breed them i would want one

Really? So you would say, crossbreeding an arowana and a dalmatian would be a possibility?:D

Wow a black and white spotted aro, huh.

what ever dued i could careless of what he thinks

i think in 2 large dams linked by a "river" you could possibly breed them. but without hormone injections and things of the sort i think in home aquaria and small ponds it is impossible.

maby but if you did breed them in a tank that would be awsome
