They dont have a brackish water phase. I had babies before but I couldnt feed them and they died

My recommendation is not to keep them with your guppies. Gravid females hold their eggs against their pleopods until they are ready to hatch. Then they are released as free-swimming larvae, which are quickly picked off by any small fish.
