breeding

Yes unless you know the difference between them, it can be difficult. Best to buy from a reputable breeder. Hatchlings in general can be a pain, just because they are so tiny, but childreni seem more prone to their little fasts than the other in the genus (this is what i was told by an aussie breeder).

You could breed nile monitors in a 20 long. J/K guys. I bred African Fat-tailed and Leopard Geckos in a 20 gallon longs.

i guess i will probably go with leopard geckos if i do. is there anyway to sex them when there young? my lfs has a variety of baby leopard geckos

No way to sex them when they are real young.Males have femoral spots down the rear legs like a "V".Buy a bunch and wait till they grow.Once they become sexually mature 2 males will fight viciously.Or spend a little more and purchase from a breeder who will garauntee sex,I got mine from hotgeckos.com good people

Watch the leos. I have heard of breeding females, that had laid eggs, attacking the male and vice versa. sometimes one of the females will attack the other females as well -- so be prepared to seperate them. This is true of any herptiles, just some are less aggressive than others.

What are you talking about?

I'm talking about there not being much choice of things to breed in here.

Depends which tarantulas you keep, there fairly simple depending on how much you read up.. chilean rose or pink toed are not hard to keep at all :)

Hahaha....

Go with Leopard Geckos. 20L is good for a pair.

Dont you know you should have two females to a male? Males stress the females out.. even if you keep an eye on them.. they may be forced into breeding..
