very nice suggestions guys,

I, also like small fish, Out of all the suggested fish I really love the c. margaritus.

FISH LIST: i plan on having to see what I can do and how to set up properly.

I plan on having a school of 1 yellow colored glofish

maybe 3 purple glofish

a small handful of danio margaritus

blue and red neon tetras?

Not sure on the mix yet. I'm going to travel around to all the stores locally to check out stuff. Im wondering if I should bring my camera haha

ALL OF IT with black sand!

And hopefully some type of black background? or maybe a 3 sided tank

What else would look nice? BRAINSTORMING GUYS GIVE ME IDEAS!

wow I really like those yunna loaches!

Ok to clarify,

My whole Idea I want to bring out is this:

I just want a few colors that really stand out and when it becomes night time it makes a beautiful electric infused backdrop for a dinner or party! That's the reason why I chose glofish for the contrast during the evening hours with different light turned on.

BUT During the day time I want the tank to look very minimalist and not too cluttered with too many different types of fish. With your help maybe I can possibly create this into being!

When you say "electric infused backdrop"...what exactly do you mean? Some corals glow different colors when exposed to actinic (blue) lighting, and that's similar to what the Glo-fish do. Is this what you mean? Albino fish glow purple when exposed to black light (like when you wear white to a game of laser tag). However, the fish that are currently albino/transgenic would have very little compatibility with the list of fish that I gave. From what I know, most of the fish offered are around 2-3 inches when full grown. Compare that to the little 1 inch fish that I gave (all max out at around 1 inch). Doesn't sound like a good idea...so without further ado, here's the current idea that I have:

20-30 Glo-fish, zebra danios (Brachydanio rerio). You could probably keep 10 fish of 3 colors, so for example, 10 starfire red zebra danios, 10 sunburst orange zebra danios, and 10 cosmic blue zebra danios.
20-30 glo-fish or albino, black skirt tetras (gymnocorymbus ternetzi). Again, 10 fish of 3 colors or an entire school of albinos, I recommend different colors.
20-30 glo-fish or albino, tiger barbs ( "Puntius" tetrazona). Again, 10 fish of 3 colors, or an entire school of albinos.
20-30 albino corydoras (Corydoras paleatus/aeneus). They don't make glo-fish for these guys just yet.

Black sand would complement the fish and keep them feeling comfortable. Please remember that each fish has a different niche, and therefore requires different forms of shelter (tetras, danios, and barbs like thick, bushy plant growths, easily replaced with the special "Glo-fish" plants sold....you'll need a lot) (corydoras need at least a cave/hollow log or 2 to feel safe). Lighting would be a 10000K bulb paired with a 460 nm actinic bulb. At night, you would use a blacklight and a couple of blue led's to bring out the colors of your fish. Be warned: none of the fish are nocturnal, so you will most likely not see these fish at night.

I'm going to say that I'm feeling extremely biased towards this based on what you want...mainly because I like natural fish as opposed to transgenic fish. In my experience, I've never had complete success with glo-fish of any kind, and never really went for the whole "albino" thing. I also don't think that you're "minimalist" tank will look good with such...unnaturally colored fish.

Crap. I forgot what minimalist meant. Care to explain so that I don't misunderstand what you mean? From what I understand, it's going to be sparely decorated, maybe with some dense stands of plants, correct?

I love love love a huge school of cardinal tetras. Their colors just pop when they're in a planted tank. Since you like small fish and only want a few different kinds, maybe cardinals and Rummynose. Both of these look great in planted tanks and are great schoolers. I plan to do this on a smaller scale in my 55 with my 4 Bolivian rams.
