What kind of bottle did you use and where did you make holes? Hard to see from the pics, but I'm intrigued

Keep this one around as a reference when you put up a new one to show what it was.

I had a much nicer one, but had to tear it down ASAP due to a accident, this is temporary.

old bottle of seachems matrix, with 1/4 inch hols around the bottom to make a shower. I had to stuff it with polly fill to keep the water level high enough in the bottle to get enough pressure for the shower.

just a Side note I through out 2.5 gallons of straws that where in the sump and have had no side effects, only body scrubbers as bio media + a fluval 403.
