Bristle Nose Growth Rate

I was wondering how fast Bristle Nose grow. Im thinking of getting some 1"ers, but was wondering how long it would take them to mature

I had my pleco for a few months and have been feeding it a good variety to foods and it's only seemed to grow about a .5 of an inch.

My Albino Bns are growing very slowly and they get zucchini every night.

i had one is a 55g for a little till he was eaten was in there for about 3-4 months maybe grew 1in

Probably takes them 12 months to get to breeding size ~3".

I got a couple of tiny ones almost a year ago, the male (3") has just sprouted bristles, so I'm guessing he's thinking about breeding about now.

ive had an albino one for a few months now, and it has hardly grown at all

with bristles its hard to set a specific growth rate on them.. ive had some that stay 3-4 inches and out of nowhere shoot up to 6 in a month or two.. but i can tell you this... my first batch of babies is about 4 months old.. and they are only a little over an inch now..

1" would take about a year to get to breeding size,2 years till full size.
