Ive had best luck leaving the eggs with the male until few days after they hatch then move them on another tank.

I just found more eggs

My albinos now spawn within a week of putting them together in their baby-makin' tank. I keep them divided now because I have more than enough fry to raise from 4 spawns. Their favorite spawning cave is a tall shot glass.
I haven't had to pay for fish food in months thanks to trading these guys with the LFS.
