Broken Barbel at the root

9 month old SR, has broken barb at the root, just hanging there. Any of you guys experience this problem and did it grow back?

I don't think it'll grow back if it's broken from the root, and if the nerve is affected Sometimes it does though, my friends jar broke it thrice from the root and it grew all three times, good luck bro my baby black has a broken barbel too, kind of at the root, hopefully it'll grow back.

now dont quote me on this but i heard this from a reputable lfs,, they say to make a barbel grow back you have to cut the remaining one off , i always wondered if this was actually true though???
anyone else heard this ?

no i think they meant if it was bent cut off part of it
