as I always say, salt and stress coat for starters, if you are really worried some type of light, mild antibiotic to prevent infection or bacteria, even just Epsom salt would be fine. LOTS of animals are surprisingly resilientClean water keeps the injury clean. As long as you can avoid any secondary issues fish are surprisingly resilient. They have to be they're animals and it's a jungle out there.
