Shoal's been brokeen, in 2 ways. The group of 4 are all on free falling cut smelt. BUT the shoal is also broken cause the 5th member had to be seperated. Was being very stubborn. No feeders for 3 weeks, the only thing it ate was a couple pieces of worm after the 3rd week. Since it was getting so weak the others began picking on it. After a pretty severe shanking to the forehead hump it was clearly in the danger zone. It was seperated to a 75 with the 2 Odoe runts.

The Rhaph was OK as he knew to stay in the upper level of the water column. The Armatus seem to have too much pride to avoid the rays. I guess if they outgrow the 300 the pond will be the last resort IF I can't get moved to a suitable place to set up the 750. Hopefully it doesn't come to that. Ponds work great for rays, but I am not at all a fan of the thought of fish in it unless they are tough primitive fish like Aros or Gars. The Rhaph was just so skiddish, delicate, and un flexible that I had no choice to pond him. After I got the 300 I tried him in there but he was way to used to the open water of the pond. Man I miss that fish. Definetly the centerpiece of the pond.
