I would order a 1/2 piece of glass or acrylic that will fit the bottom and silicone it in place leaving the broken panel right where it is.

Almost forgot the moral support! You can do this! No one on here has the mad tank repair skills that you have. You can do this in your sleep!

Hahaha Awesome Pep talk!

Well, here is the plywood fix round one.
First, I covered the fissures with silicone and let cure for 24hrs.
Today, I covered the entire bottom panel in silicone then coated contact side of the plywood in silicone. I placed the wood in the tank then placed weight on it--arrowhead bottles. Finally, I went around the edges and added more silicone. I am going to let this cure for 5 days.

While I am waiting, I want to know more about pond armor. I was thinking of just coating the top of the plywood with it instead of more silicone. It would come out more uniform and I could get it in the color I want. Does anyone have experience with this? Will pond armor adhere and seal against the glass and silicone?
