Okay first stop using the world ogling!!!! That is a word reserved for strictly women.

Second your in 8th grade and girls at that age know nothing about anything your little dirty mind is thinking about. So "pick" the one you can hang out with and take to dances, the movies etc.

Lastly focus on your education so you can go to college where the girls are that know everything your dirty little mind is thinking.

I dated a girl that I went to grade school with and began dating between 8th and 9th grade. We dated for almost 2 years worse decision of my life. At first it was cool to have a girlfriend then all I'd do is chill with her and not my buddies since she lived within walking distance. After the first year it just went down hill completely not worth it. But I even did the same thing as you in the beginning of 8th grade I "dated" a girl that went to a school a county over from me. If I can remember right we just called each other every once and a while this was before texting was popular and hung out at dances. I mean to be honest it wasn't that bad didn't have to ever deal with girl drama or bs like I deal with now but it was just like we were friends who liked each other nothing really special since we were only 13. But to be honest the best advice to give you with girls for high school is don't be shy talk to a lot of girls and make friends with them. The rest will come naturally.
