brown on my white sand !!

another guy i know from another forum is telling me to pull my old lights out and replace em both one white 10,000k and another 50/50 bulbs 6500k i think ?
 
idk if i would worry about that i think you should just keep your lights off and see if that helps

seems after like 3 days or less i get brown on my white sand .... after doing like 90% water changes.... i mean cant be getting brown algea on my white sand that fast could i ?

You may be giving them even more minerals that they thrive on. ;)

How so ? Should I only change less ?? Or what should and can I do to stop it ? Drive me nuts to see brown sand instead of white like it suppose to be ....

Google brown algae. Nitrates aren't the only thing that cyanobacteria thrives on.

Ya I have googled it but also don't understand all the weird lingo hahaha... Should I only do small water changes or what should I be doing to stop and never get it again
 
You can only contain it at this point. Don't overfeed or you'll make it worse. I've also heard that bristlenose plecos will control it a bit.
