Batman also built a powerful batsuit that can withstand powerful blows and he was able to go toe to toe with superman

So in that case he'd rip that shiny circle from ironman's chest and stick it up his rear. He'd be farting light shows

I would say stark because he is wealthy and famous on the global stage, while Wayne's company only seems to operate in Gotham, which is just one city.
