Awesome looking fish.
I'm also intrigued by the lion fish he says he'll get in the future. I thought about setting up a saltwater just for a lionfish but don't have the added time or money.
I will say two things
-life, and nature, are beyond amazing in their ability to adapt and survive.
-humans can be cruel in their attempts to make money.
Is it physically possible, probably. Is it true in this case, no idea.
