Bubble coral pissed about PraziPro?

Every time I dose PraziPro my bubble coral fully closes up, and opens up its mouths. Any idea why it would do that? I really need to treat my clown for his ips, I can't do that if my bubble is going to get pissed.

I used some stuff for parasites the other day that was supposedly safe on anemones. Both of my anemones started doing that same thing, but they shriveled up and started producing strings. Huge water change and replacing my carbon fixed the problem.
