bubble on gulper catfish

hey guys, i have 2 gulper cats, 1 male n 1 female. from day 1 the male had this lil bump on top right before his tail. i just taught it was the male organ cuz the female didnt have 1. its been a couple of days im noticing it growing n growing. and now it became this pretty big bubble. looks like theres liquid inside... any idea wat it can be?!

becareful, I had a white spot that was on the side of my Gulper and it led to his demise.

So wat can I do to get rid of it?! And how long does he have to live?

well... internal parasites are inside the fish, it can be healthy for years with some RNA virus hijacking cells... then after a few years that one fish cell blows up making more tiny viruses... there isn't much that can be done, you can give your catfish food with medecations inside... if you want to go to an extent that you can give hima needle, go for it. Visit your vet near you to order needles for fish... good luck!!!

so basically i cant do anythin? and wats this needle or the food wit meds called? will my other gulper get infected too?

I'm not too sure what this is and the needles cost like 100, it won't spread because it's a RNA virus that was originally lurking in the gulper cat cells... For the food... i'm not all too sure what it's called because I never used it before, just I've heard of it...
