Yes you can. I do daily 50% W/Cs when dozing with mela or pimafix.

and i found out that melafix killed my pleco
i dad him since i started this tank
i will get annother one soon

today my Arowana bumped himself with aquarium decorations while water changing
And now it have bubbles inside his eye Please help

I think only thing to do is to maintain excellent water quality, to avoid any secondary infections, and hope for full healing.

It's called "my arowana hit itself in the small tank I keep it in, and I don't know why I continue to have these problems".

It's likely trauma to the eye secondary to an improper set up you keep it in.

Get a bigger tank and keep it CLEAN and you'll be ok.
